Ability Overview: Purifier

Hello everyone, the purpose of this guide is to present to you all the abilities that a certain soul have. It is designed so that you can search an ability by its name or gain a rough understanding of what a certain soul offers.

Abbreviations:

  • Pur- Puriifer
  • GCD – Global Cooldown
  • SP – Spell Power
  • SC – Spell Crit
  • ST – Single target

Purifier overview: This is the tank heal soul that utilize powerful shields on the tank that will absorb a significant amount of damage.

Heals (keep in mind these are tooltip numbers and does not reflect actual heal amount in game!)

Small heal – Healing Flame – Heals target for 251 to 257 health at rank 9. Cast time 1.5 seconds. 35 meter range. Req 4 points into purifier.

  • Intense Flames 5/5 – Increase Healing amount of Healing Flare, Healing Flame and Restorative Flame by 5%. Req 25 point into purifier.

Instant Heal – Healing Flare – Instantly heals the target for 201 to 206 health at rank 6. 35 meter range. No cooldown. Req 15 points into purifier.

  • Intense Flames 5/5 – Increase Healing amount of Healing Flare, Healing Flame and Restorative Flame by 5%. Req 25 point into purifier.

Low health Heal – Latent Blaze – The next time an ally is taken below 30% of their health, they are healed by 851 at rank 5. Cast time 3 seconds. Cooldown 45 seconds. Lasts for 5 min, cannot benefit from Latent Blaze for 2 minutes after being healed by it. Req 20 points into purifier.

Big Heal – Restorative Flame – Heal target for 591 to 599 health. Cast time 3 seconds. 35 meter range. Req 14 points into purifier.

  • Ancestral Flame – 5/5 – Restorative Flame shields ally with Ancestral Flame, absorb damage to 60% of your SP. Ancestral Flame last for 10 secs or until used up. Req 15 points into purifier.
  • Intense Flames 5/5 – Increase Healing amount of Healing Flare, Healing Flame and Restorative Flame by 5%. Req 25 point into purifier.

Shields (stack with each other)

Self shield – Shield of Ancestors – Sheild cleric for 831 damage for 30 secs at rank 10. 30 second cooldown. 0 point purifier ability.

  • Protection of Ancestors – 5/5 Increase amounts absorbed by Shield of Ancestors, Ward of Ancestors and Rites of Ancestors by 50%. Req 5 into purifier.

ST Shield – Ward of Ancestors – Shield ally for 30 secs, absorbs 831 damage at rank 6. Cooldown 3 seconds. 35 meter range. Req 16 points into Purifier.

  • Protection of Ancestors – 5/5 Increase amounts absorbed by Shield of Ancestors, Ward of Ancestors and Rites of Ancestors by 50%. Req 5 into purifier.

Reactive Shield – Rite of Ancestors – Each time an ally takes damage for the next 15 seconds, a shield forms that absorbs 831 damage. Shield will not form more than 1 time every 3 seconds. Instant cast, cooldown 2 minutes. Req 44 points into purifier.

  • Protection of Ancestors – 5/5 Increase amounts absorbed by Shield of Ancestors, Ward of Ancestors and Rites of Ancestors by 50%. Req 5 into purifier.

Shield over time – Spiritual Conflagration – Heal target for 1230 health over 4 seconds and shield them every second for 831 damage. 1 min cooldown. Channeled ability. Req 51 into purifier.

Blessings (do not stack, only 1 blessing can be active a time)

Shield self when attacked – Healing Blessing – Heals cleric for 108 to 112 health the next 6 times they are attacked at rank 8. Last for 1 min. Cooldown 1 minute, 30 seconds. Req 5 points into puriifer

  • Healing Spirit – 3/3 Increase the number of heals granted by your Healing Blessing by 3. Req 15 points into purifier.
  • Life’s Blessing – 5/5 – Reduce the cooldown of your Healing Blessing, Caregiver’s Blessing and Fiery Blessing by 30 seconds. Req 20 points into purifier.

Shield target when healed – Caregiver’s Blessing – Cause the next 6 single target heals the cleric cast to shield the ally for 10 seconds, absorb 337 damage. No GCD trigger. Last 1 minute, cooldown 1 minute 30 seconds. Req 10 point into purifier.

  • Caregiver’s Grace – 3/3 Increase number of shields granted by your Caregiver’s Blessing by 3. Req 15 point into purifier.
  • Life’s Blessing – 5/5 – Reduce the cooldown of your Healing Blessing, Caregiver’s Blessing and Fiery Blessing by 30 seconds. Req 20 points into purifier.

Increase Crit chanceFiery Blessing – Increase the cleric’s chance to critically hit with healing abilities by 10% per stack. Each critical heal reduce stack by 1. No GCD trigger. Cooldown 1 minute 30 seconds. Req 25 point into purifier.

  • Life’s Blessing – 5/5 – Reduce the cooldown of your Healing Blessing, Caregiver’s Blessing and Fiery Blessing by 30 seconds. Req 20 points into purifier.

Buffs

Guaranteed Crit – Flashover – Cause next healing spell to crit. Does not trigger GCD. Cooldown 45 seconds. Req 20 points into purifier.

ST Endurance Buff – Life of the Ages – Increase ally’s endurance by 40. Last 1 hr. Req 8 points into purifier.

AoE Endurance Buff – Life of the Era – Increase raid’s endurance by 40. Last 1 hr. Req 20 points into purifier.

ST Wisdom buff – Wisdom of the Ages – Increase ally’s wisdom by 40. Last 1 hr. Req 32 points into purifier.

AoE Wisdom buff – Wisdom of the Era – Increase raid’s wisdom by 40. Last 1 hr. Req 32 points into purifier.

Overhealing – Surging Flames – Whenever the ally w/ the buff is healed by the cleric past their maximum health, the overheal is spread to up to 5 raid memters within 15 meters of the ally. Last 1 hr. Req 30 points into purifier.

Passive buffs

Crit chance – Flame Speaker – 5/5 – Increase Critical hit chance of Healing spells by 5%.

Wisdom – Spirit Guidance – 5/5 – Increase your wisdom by 5%.

Armor – Flame Ward – 2/2 – Increase your armor by 6% for 6 seconds after you cast a heal. Req 5 points into purifier.

ST heal increase – Enflamed Rejuvenation – 5/5 – Your single target heals have a 10% chance to increase effectivess of next single target heal by 30%. Req 10 point into purifier.

Reduce mana – Blessing of the Flame – 2/2 – Your healing spells have a 4% chance to cause your next healing spell to cost 0 mana. Req 25 points into puriifer.

Utility

Rez – Flames of the Phoenix – Rez target for 20% of health and mana. Cast time 8 seconds. 35 meter range. Req 10 points into purifier.

Cleanse – Cauterize – Remove 1 curse, disease or poison. 35 meter ranged. Req 12 points into purifier.

Cleanse all – Sterilize – Remove all curse, disease or poison from an ally. Cooldown 45 seconds. Req 26 points into purifier.

Damage

Soul Lance – Deals 111 to 116 life damage at rank 10 . Cast time 2 seconds. 30 meter range. 0 point ability.

Spirit Rapture – Deals 55 to 59 life damage instantly and 84 life damage over 6 seconds at rank 9. Cast time 2 seconds. 30 meter range. Req 2 points into purifier.

Divine Cascade – When an ally imbued by divine cascade is heal, the ally deals 19 to 21 life damage for up to 3 enemies within 7 meters. Last for 15 seconds. Instant cast, 35 meter range. Req 38 points into purifier.

Ability Overview: Cabalist

Hello everyone, the purpose of this guide is to present to you all the abilities that a certain soul have. It is designed so that you can search an ability by its name or gain a rough understanding of what a certain soul offers.

Abbreviations:

  • Nuke: Straight damage (single target)
  • DoT – Damage over time
  • AoE – Area of Effect
  • Cab – Cabalist
  • GCD – Global Cooldown
  • SP – Spell Power
  • SC – Spell Crit

Cablist overview: Primary ranged AoE dps soul of clerics. It has its typical AoE/DoT/Nuke spells but it also have spells that consumes decays, unleashing massive damage. It has a lot of AoE control effects as well, making it a good soul for mass pvp.

Damage Damage listed are max possible tooltip damage. This does not reflect actual  damage in game. Cooldowns/cast times are modified values from points into the Cab tree relevant to that ability (bullet points).

Nuke/AoE – Shadow’s Touch: Deals 152 to 157 death damage up to 3 enemies within 5 meters at rank 10; each additional enemy reduces the damage (2 enemies – 70% of damage to each enemy, 3 enemies – 50% of the damage to each enemy). Casting time 2 seconds, 30 meter range. 0 point ability.

  • Dark Omen: 5/5 – Increase the damage your Shadow’s Touch does when additional enemies are hit by 20%.
  • Death’s Dominion: 5/5 Increase the damage of your Shadow’s Touch and Distorted Shadows by 10%. Req 20 points into Cab.

DoT – Distorted Shadows: Deals 343 to 351 death damage over 3 seconds at rank 10. Channeled. Cooldown 15 secs. 30 meter range. Req 2 points into Cab.

  • Death’s Dominion: 5/5 Increase the damage of your Shadow’s Touch and Distorted Shadows by 10%. Req 20 points into Cab.

AoE – Bound Fate – Deals 150 to 155 death damage to upto 5 enemies within 6 meters at rank 9. Cast time 2 seconds. Cooldown 8 seconds. Req 4 points into Cab.

Nuke w/ Decay Bonus – Obliterate – Deals 119 to 123 death damage to an enemy, as well consuming all of the cleric’s decays at rank 9. Decays consumed in this manner deal triple damage to the targeted enemy. Instant. Cooldown 15 secs, 30 meter range. Req 6 point into Cab.

  • Affinity for Death: 5/5 – Reduces the cooldown of all your abilities that consume Decay by 30 secs. Req 15 points into Cab.

DoT (Curse – Single Target) – Curse of Discord – Deals 270 death damage over 15 secs at rank 8. Deals an additional 48 death damage whenever the enemy uses an ability. Instant. Cooldown 15 seconds. 30 meter range. Req 8 points into Cab.

  • Leviathan’s Mark: 3/3 – Increase the damage of your Dark Water, Curse of Discord and Curse of Solitude by 15%. Req 20 points into Cab.

AoE w/ Decay Bonus – Tyranny – Deals 45 to 48 death damage to up to 7 enemies, as well as consuming all of cleric’s decays at rank 8. Req 10 points into Cab. Instant.

  • Affinity for Death: 5/5 – Reduces the cooldown of all your abilities that consume Decay by 30 secs. Req 15 points into Cab.

DoT – Dark Water: Deals 100 to 103 death damage and an additional 190 death damage over 15 seconds at rank 7. Casting time 1.5 seconds. Cooldown 15 seconds. Req 10 points into Cab.

  • Leviathan’s Mark: 3/3 – Increase the damage of your Dark Water, Curse of Discord and Curse of Solitude by 15%. Req 20 points into Cab.

DoT (Curse – AoE) – Curse of Solitude – Deals 237 death damage over 10 secs at rank 6. Deals an additional 31 death damage up to 5 enemies within 7 meters whenever the target uses an ability. Instant. Cooldown 15 seconds. 30 meter range. Req 8 points into Cab.

  • Leviathan’s Mark: 3/3 – Increase the damage of your Dark Water, Curse of Discord and Curse of Solitude by 15%. Req 20 points into Cab.

Control

Root – Grasping WatersRoot the enemy in place for 5 seconds. 15 seconds cooldown, 30 meter range. Instant cast. Req 12 point into Cab.

AoE Snare – Sigil of Binding – Cause 10 enemies within 7 meters to be snared – reducing their movement speed by 50% for 5 seconds. Req 16 points into Cab.

Cast speed – Nebulous Haze – Increase enemy’s casting time by 25%. Last for 15 seconds. Cast time 2 ses. 30 meter range.

AoE silence – Sigil of Secrecy – Cause 10 enemies within 7 meters to be silenced for 5 seconds. Req 38 points into Cab.

AoE Stun – Sigil of Ruin – Cause 10 enemies within 7 meters to be stunned for 2 seconds. Req 44 points into Cab.

AoE stacking & snare– Maelstrom – Pull 3 enemies within 10 meters of the target to the target’s location. Cooldown 1 min. Instant cast. 20 meter range.

  • Undertow: 2/2 – Maelstrom snares the enemies it pulls, reducing their movement speed by 30% for 8 seconds. Req 25 into Cab.
  • Surge 1/1 – Increase the total enemies your Maelstrom can affect by 2 (to a maximum of 5).

 

Combat Buffs

Reflect – Reversal Of Fortune – Cause the next damaging spell directed at the cleric to be reflected onto the caster. Cooldown 1 min. Instant cast. Last for 5 seconds. Req 26 into Cab.

Decay persistence – Sign of Asias – Reduce costs of all cleric spells to 0 and cause Decay to persist when consumed. No GCD trigger. Last for 6 seconds. 2 min cooldown. Req 51 into Cab.

Buffs

Resists – Dark Harbor – Increase cleric’s air, earth, fire and water resistance by 40. Last for 1 hr. Req 5 into Cab.

Decay generator – Lurking DecayGrant one Decay every 2 seconds. When consumed, Decay deals 16 to 18 death damage up to 4 enemies within 5 meters of each enemy hit for each Decay consumed at rank 9. Last for 1 hr. Req 6 points into Cab.

Silence/Interrupt Immunity – Howling Death – Grant an ally immunity to the next silence or interrupt effect used against them, last for 2 minutes. 2 minutes cooldown. Req 14 points into Cab.

Passive Buffs (not specific, specific ones listed under damage)

SP – Stroke of Genius – 5/5 Increase your spell power by 5%.

Dmg – Death’s Grasp – 5/5 Increase your spell damage by 5%. Req 5 into Cab.

Dmg – Entropy – 5/5 Increase dmg of your channel and DoT spells by 5%. Req 5 points into Cab.

AoE Dmg – Explosive Energies– 5/5 Increase damage of your AoE spells by 5% and reduce threat generation of your damaging spells by 10%. Req 10 into Cab.

AoE Range – Broad Strokes – 3/3 Increase radius of your damaging AoE spells by 3 meters. Req 10 into Cab.

Decay – Negation of Life  – 1/1 Increase SP bonus of your decay by 1%, plus an additional 1% per point spent in the Cab soul above 26. Req 25 points into Cab.

SP bonus – Symbol of the Ancient – Increase SP bonus of your Shadow’s Touch, Dark Water, Distorted Shadows, Curse of Discord, and Bound Fate by 2%, plus an additional 2.5% per point spent in Cab tree above 36. Req 36 in Cab.

Utility/Debuffs

AoE purge – Sigil of Woe – Remove 1 buffs from 10 enemies within 7 meters. `15 second cooldown. Instant cast. 30 Meters. Req 32 points into Cab.

Mana Regen – Vile Power – Deals 49 to 52 death damage to up to 7 enemies, consume all of cleric’s decay and restores 914 mana to the cleric, plus 153 mana for each enemy hit at rank 6. Instant cast. Cooldown 1 min. 30 meters. Req 20 in Cab.

Random Teleport  – Dark Passage – Teleport cleric to a random location 10 to 15 meters away from their original location. Req 18 points in Cab.

Heals

Ravaging Darkness  – Deals 49 to 52 death damage to up to 7 enemies, consume all of cleric’s decays, heals cleric for 100% of the damage done by both Ravging Darkness and Decay at rank 4. Cooldown 1 min 30 secs. Instant cast. 30 meter. Req 30 point in Cab.

Ability Overview: Inquisitor

Hello everyone, the purpose of this guide is to present to you all the abilities that a certain soul have. It is designed so that you can search an ability by its name or gain a rough understanding of what a certain soul offers. I will start off this series with the Inquisitor soul.

Abbreviations:

  • Nuke: Straight damage
  • DoT – Damage over time
  • AoE – Area of Effect
  • Inq – Inquisitor
  • GCD – Global Cooldown
  • SP – Spell Power
  • SC – Spell Crit

Inquisitor overview: Primary ranged single target dps soul of clerics. This soul also does great with AoE damage.

Damage Damage listed are max possible tooltip damage. This does not affect damage in game.

Nuke – Bolt of Judgment (BoJ): Deals 122 to 126 life damage at rank 10. Cast time 1.5 secs (2.0 secs unmodified) 30 meter range. Obtained at 0 point in inquisitor.

  • Castigation: 5/5 – reduce casting time of BoJ by 0.5 seconds.

DoT – Vex: Deals 398 death damage over 15 seconds at rank 10 Instant. 30 meter range.

  • Contempt: 2/2 – Vex heals you for 90% of the damage done. Requires 10 point into Inq.
  • Mental Resilience: 5/5 Vex and Sanction Heretic spells do 50% additional damage. Requires 20 points into Inq.
  • Ritual Judgment – Increase spell power bonus of Vex and Sanction Heretic by 5%, plus additional 4% per point spent into Inq soul past 36. Req 36 point into Inq.

DoT – Sanction Heretic: Deals 128-132 life damage instantly and additional 243 life damage over 15 seconds at rank 10. Instant. 30 meter range. Requires 2 point into Inq. Cooldown 15 secs.

  • Mental Resilience: 5/5 Vex and Sanction Heretic spells do 50% additional damage. Requires 20 points into Inq.

DoT – Bolt of Depravity (BoD): deals 190 to 203 death damage instantly and additional 30% of its damage over 4 seconds at rank 9. Requires 4 points into Inq.

  • Symbol of Corruption: 5/5 BoD cause an additional 30% of its damage over 4 seconds. Req 10 points into Inq.
  • Life and death Concord: 5/5 BoJ, Sanction heretic and Nysyr’s Rebuke have a 30% chance to cause your next BoD to become instant cast and also give BoD a 10 second cooldown.

AoE – Soul Drain: Hits 3 enemies within 7 meters of the cleric, each enemy hit deals 108 death damage to up to 4 enemies within 7 meters at rank 7. Req 14 points into Inq. Cast time 2 secs, cooldown 10 secs.

  • Clinging Spirit: 2/2 Soul Drain increases the magic damage each enemy takes by 7% for 10 seconds.

AoE – Circle of Oblivion: Cause 7 enemies over 7 meters to take 371 death damage over 6 seconds. Channeled ability, 30 meter ranged. Requires 30 point into Inq.

Control

Slow – Impede – Snare enemy by 30% for 7 seconds. No GCD trigger. Req 8 points into Inq. Instant cast, cooldown 1 second.

Knockback – Excommunicate – Knock enemy back, deals 93-97 damage at rank 6. Instant. Cooldown 30 second. Req 20 points into Inq.

AoE Fear – Trepidation – Fear all nearby enemies for 8 seconds. Instant. Cooldown 1 minute. Req 26 points into Inq.

Confuse – Bewilder – Confuse a single enemy for 8 seconds, effect is broken by damage. Cast time 1.5 seconds. Req 20 points into Inq.

Stun – Nysyr’s Rebuke – Deal 278 life damage at rank 1 and stun the enemy for 3 seconds. Channeled. Cooldown 1 min. Req 51 point into Inq.

Combat Buffs

Crit – Fanaticism – Cause the cleric’s next life or death spell to criticially hit. Last for 30 seconds. Does not trigger GCD. 45 second cooldown. Req 25 points into Inq.

Buffs

Stat increase – Armor of Treachery – Increase armor by 215 and endurance by 50 at rank 5. Last for 1 hr. Req 6 points into Inq.

Stat increase – Armor of Devotion – Increase SP and SC by 42. Last for 1 hr. Req 5 points into Inq.

Stat increase – Armor of Awakening – Increase spell damage by 5%, critical hit chance by 5%, mana regeneration rate by 10% and also increase the damage the cleric takes by 5%.

Control Immunity – Perseverance – Grant ally immunity to the next fear effect (or all control effects if 20 point into Inq) used against them. Cooldown 2 min. Req 12 point into Inq.

Damage Shield – Shroud of Agony – When the cleric is hit, there is a 20% chance that the cleric deals 44 death damage to all nearby enemies over 6 seconds.  Req 44 points into Inq.

Passive Buffs (not specific, specific ones listed under damage)

Crit chance – Inner Focus – 5/5 Increase the critical hit chance of your damaging spells by 5%.

Crit amount – Fanatic’s Faith – 5/5 Increase your critical hit damage and healing bonus by 20%. Req 5 into Inq.

Mana cost – Unholy Tutelage – 5/5 Reduce mana cost of your damaging spells by 10%. Req 5 into Inq.

Dmg increase – Corporal Punishment – 5/5 Life/Death damage abilities have 50% chance to increase the damage of next life/death based abilities by 15% for 5 seconds. Req 25 points.

Utility/Debuffs

Purge – Remove 2 of enemy’s buffs. Req 10 point into Inq. Cooldown 10 sec.

Damage increase – Spiritual Deficiency – Increase the magical damage an enemy takes for 7%. Last for 1 minute. 30 meter range. Req 18 points into Inq.

Mana regen – Aggressive Renewal – Deals 139 death damage over 3 seconds and restore 381 mana to the cleric every second at rank 7. Channeled. Cooldown 1 min, 30 meter range. Req 10 point into Inq.

Reduce Threat – Divine pardon – Reduce cleric’s threat by 90%. Cooldown 2 min. Req 38 into Inq.

Heals

Harsh Discipline – Deals 278 death damage to enemy and heal the cleric for the damage done over 3 seconds at rank 6. Channeled. Cooldown 30 secs. 30 meter range. Req 15 points into Inq.
